PRECANCELLED STAMPS

After 2002

Precancelled stamps are cancelled before being used and sold by the postal administration at a reduced price for the use by mass mailers who deliver the prearranged and stamped mail ready for sorting. All stamps we offer in this section are ** = MNH unmounted mint nerver hinged with full original gum, according to the international code. Used precancelled stamps are are offered as (*) = M (mint no gum) or MH (mint hinged) or MNH (mint never hinged), depending on our stock, but always at the price of used stamps.
